Homebuilder video production can simply show off a property with drone aerials and walkthrough. But it can also go much deeper than that. Using authentic interviews and the best equipment to capture high quality visuals and pinpoint audio, our team highlights your homebuilding projects from begging to end with powerful storytelling.

Dwell Development

Dwell Development partners with us on homebuilder video production. If you don’t know, Dwell Development is Seattle’s leading green home builder. They not only build beautiful homes but they build them to net zero energy ready. And in one of the videos we created with Dwell Development, we showcased the homebuilder’s first ever net positive home.

And now Dwell Development is shifting its focus. For the first time, they took a house down to the studs and did a full green remodel. And we’re not talking just any house. They took a unique 100 year old home on the shores of Lake Washington, preserved the facade and original touches, completed all their green tricks of the trade, and added new state-of-the-art technology. The result: a net zero energy ready home that will live for another 100 years.

Our videographer captures b-roll for the Dwell Development remodel video

We used four different shoot days to complete this homebuilder video production with Dwell Development. We wanted to capture construction, green elements being installed, and of course interviews and beauties of the completed project. Our Seattle video production company partners with you from inception all the way to completion every time.

Conner Homes

Dwell Deveolpment isn’t the only one that teams with us on homebuilder video production. Conner Homes is another company that trusts us with its video work. Take their brand video for example. We didn’t focus on just a single property for Conner Homes, we focused on their brand as whole. Who are they, what do they do, where do they do it, and most importantly why they do what they do. The video is featured on their website and got plenty of traction on social media.

And on top of their brand video, Conner Homes also hired us for a series of videos with popular Seattle chef John Howie. The Conner Homes development Heron in Kirkland features John Howie Signature Kitchens. That means John Howie handpicked the elements to be included in each of the homes.

To highlight the John Howie Signature Kitchens, we did a cooking segment with chef John Howie and Conner Homes founder Charlie Conner. No, it’s not your traditional homebuilder video production but it sure was fun, and I believe it shows our flexibility as a video production company. We can capture stunning walkthroughs and drone videos but we can also dive much deeper than that with contractors, remodelers and homebuilders.

Homebuilder Video Production

The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties is also one of our satisfied customers. If you don’t know MBAKS, they are the oldest and largest homebuilders association in the country. We have done plenty of homebuilder video production for them, including virtual events, marketing videos and testimonial videos.

One of the videos that falls more into typical homebuilder video production is the piece we created highlighting the 20,000th Built Green home. Built Green is the MBAKS green home certification program. The 20,000th home just so happened to be built during the program’s 20th year. So the video celebrated both milestones: 20,000 certified homes and 20 years in existence. A Built Green employee recently told me: “The video still gives me chills.”
