When a former sportscaster starts his own video production and content creation company, it’s only fitting that a focal point becomes golf course video production. And that’s exactly what we have here.
I worked in television news for nearly two decades as a sportscaster. Not mention, I am a golfer and golf fan. And I started Seattle video production company Moarly Creative in 2017. It is a natural fit — golf and video production.
PGA of America
The two worlds officially collided when the PGA of America reached out about golf course video production. They needed a Seattle based company to capture aerial footage of Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish.
The course was going to be revealed as the host of the 2024 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, and they wanted drone footage to use as a hype video for the upcoming golf course reveal and ensuing tournament.
On top of the hype video, the PGA of America also requested flyovers of all the holes for use on the broadcast. So keep your eyes peeled during the 2024 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship for our video on TV and your streaming service.
Sand Point Country Club
Sand Point Country Club is one of the oldest golf courses in Seattle. The country club will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2027. But with a historic golf course comes aging infrastructure.
That’s why the superintendent at Sand Point Country Club reached out to us for golf course video production. The maintenance team needs a new facility and they are planning for an upgrade. But to get a new facility, it would take the approval of members.
We conducted two full shoot days with Sand Point Country Club to show pain points of the current operation, and the incredibly hard work the maintenance team puts in to keep the course in peak condition. The video also highlights exciting features of the new maintenance facility.

Update: Sand Point Country Club members voted overwhelmingly — 95% — in favor of the new maintenance facility. We call that a huge success!
