There is no shortage of events in and around Seattle. That means there is high demand for event video production. And the content captured at a single event can be used for many different types of videos: highlighting your event, helping promote future events, and also as part of a bigger story.

Compass Group & Microsoft

Compass Group, an international leader in food and support services management, provides dining services for Microsoft. They contacted our team for event video production when restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic started to ease. Compass Group planned a series of return-to-the-office events and wanted to honor Microsoft employees while also capturing the fun, festivities and food at each event.

Our video production team captured four different events at Microsoft. The first honored essential employees who stayed on Microsoft campus throughout the pandemic. The second showed appreciation for hybrid workers, while the third and fourth event videos were grand reopening events for Microsoft restaurants. Each event featured free food and drinks, entertainment and activities, and we were there to capture it all.

HF Sinclair Event Video Production

HF Sinclair also recently contacted us for event video production for its Fueling Education Fun Run. The Puget Sound refinery partners with the Anacortes Schools Foundation to raise funds for local students. The annual event brings the community together right before the start of the school year and raises around $60,000 a year.

We quickly turned the event videos for HF Sinclair, too. Less than 48 hours after completion of the fun run, HF Sinclair and the Anacortes Schools Foundation had a video to share on social media and on their website. The best part is: the same content will be used again to promote next year’s event, making this event video shoot dual purpose.

Crowley

Crowley, a logistics, marine and energy solutions company, recently opened a new office space in Seattle. To help celebrate the event, Crowley invited our video production team to capture the official ribbon cutting ceremony. The event also included tours of the new office, free food for employees and other activities.

Our event video serves a couple of different purposes for Crowley. First, it highlights the new office space. Second, it’s being used for recruiting new employees. On top of the event, we captured beauties of the office space, and also shot some highlights around the new office: like ease of access to light rail and the International District.

Event Video Production

We also do event video production as part of a bigger story, like we did with the Here and Now Project. The Here and Now Project connects and empowers the paralysis community in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. We created a feature story with them, but one of the biggest pieces of the non-profit organization is its events.

We attended two days of the Here and Now annual meetup event to collect interviews and engaging visuals. Having everyone in the same place at the same time made creating their feature story fun and painless. And the activities included in the event provided active and meaningful b-roll (the cover video you see in video production). That paired with effective storytelling equaled a powerful feature video for the non-profit organization.

And our event video production goes beyond in person events. We fully produce virtual events for companies and organizations as well, including the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties annual holiday gala and REX/T-REX Awards show. Please contact me if you’d like to learn more about our virtual event video production.
