Western Materials partnered with our Seattle video production company to create an employee recruiting video, showcasing their company culture and career opportunities. Using cinematic b-roll and authentic interviews with owners, managers, and employees, we captured the spirit of this family-owned construction material supplier. Shooting took place at Western Materials headquarters in Yakima and branch locations in Belfair and Tacoma. The result is a compelling story of long careers, growth potential, and a workplace where people feel valued and supported.
